Our Miller Street project saw the adaptation of supplied speculative suite designs into two distinct tenancies to ensure a fit with current market standards and enhance desirability of the leasing space.
The D&C:
The finished project saw the division of the space into two distinct suites, each possessing its own distinct character and feel. Reflecting the beautiful natural harbour and hill vistas, the suites featured a tonal blue or olive-green palette. Functional and agile, back of house privacy includes adaptable zones for additional meeting rooms or offices, while quite spaces offer ideal environments for collaboration and focus.
