Our 77 King Street project saw the transformation of a vacant, windowless, floor into a contemporary wellness and end-of-trip centre, enhancing the building’s commercial offering and market appeal.
THE D&C:
Injecting new life into an empty, dark space, the finished wellness centre provides a welcoming space to unwind and prepare for the day.
The vibrant colour palette, fun wallpaper, warm wood, and textured finishes add depth and tactility, whilst ambient lighting provides a soft daytime glow.
