Following a vacated tenancy, our clients wished to reposition the leasing space to diversify stock and attract new opportunities. Our project involved dividing the floor plate into four separate speculative suites.

The completed works showcased four functionally efficient and inspiring suites geared toward heightened productivity and collaboration. Featuring understated natural tones and texturally rich touches, each presented a distinctive design voice and unique features under the themes of olive, clay, bloom and warmth.
