After successful projects across the building lobby and four subsequent floors, we were appointed to deliver the design and construction of two speculative suites on Level 10 of an iconic Sydney site.
The D&C:
Harnessing exposed concrete floors and lofty, bare ceilings, this striking transformation delivered two distinguished, yet harmonious suites. Spacious and grand, they boast an open front of house for greetings and meetings, and a veiled back of house for core productivity. The integration of natural materials and artful acoustics adds warmth and comfort, while the perennially neutral palette exudes contemporary sophistication.
