Our Lonsdale Street project saw the revitalisation and activation of speculative suites across three floors, each catered to the varied needs of prospective tenants.
The D&C
Nestled in the city’s legal precinct, the brief sought to connect each speculative suite with the vibrancy of the surrounding cityscape. Highlighting the local vista and abundant natural light, the finished space features a striking colour play of contrasting tones that inject personality into each suite.
