The first of a bi-level upgrade was driven by the need to reposition for differentiation and new leasing opportunities. This project saw the removal and infill of a stairwell before converting a single to a dual floor plate tenancy complete with new and upgraded spaces.
The D&C:
Our approach was informed by the glistening azure views of Darling Harbour and beyond. Adopting a tonal strategy, we ensured cross floor synergy while allowing each space to shine. Intentionally lighter than its upper floor counterpart, Level 14 features muted French and whitewashed blues accompanied by a mixture of light and dark timber finishes. Exposed ceilings lifted the profile of the floor allowing light to transcend throughout.
