Our Level 2 project at 14 Martin Place saw the creation of a new speculative suite complete with lift lobby refurbishment, bathrooms, and base building assets designed to attract a diverse clientele
The D&C:
Our completed project presents a cohesive flow from the lobby and beyond, drawing on fluted stone, dark timbers, and classic neutral palette of brown, taupe, and beige tones. The building’s arched heritage windows informed key design elements, reflected in the joinery, arched glazing, and cured booth seating, seamlessly integrating both old and new.
