The second of a bi-level upgrade was driven by the need to reposition for differentiation and new leasing opportunities. This project saw the removal and infill of a stairwell before converting the space from a single to a dual floor plate tenancy, complete with new spaces.
The D&C:
Our approach was informed by the glistening azure views of Darling Harbour and beyond. Adopting a tonal strategy, we ensured cross floor synergy while allowing each space to shine. Intentionally darker than its lower floor counterpart, Level 15 features accents of mature blue and bold terrazzo, with elegant darker wooden finishes throughout. Light flooring and exposed ceilings elevated the space accentuating the flow of natural light.
