Leveraging our expertise in value engineering, we maximised programming to ensure a skilled completion at the same quality for which we are known. The sleek and minimal office space is brought to life with seeded greenery throughout.

Appointed for the design and construction of a new office space, this project catered to the specific functional and spatial requirements of the NG Farah workplace whilst maximising the building’s unique angular footprint.

THE D&C

Our approach seamlessly integrated all manner of functional environments from closed office suites to technologically led collaborative zones through to scalable open spaces for large inhouse events. The space was enhanced by contemporary design language with organic forms artfully juxtaposed against the buildings angular lines promoting connectivity and flow.

CoreLogic

With a brief to create a home away from home, our CoreLogic project was anchored on the desire to engage its occupants by creating an enticing space that draws one in.

THE D&C

Referencing Australia’s rich red landscape, the completed space incorporates plenty of natural light, light timber textures, greenery, and Indigenous inspired artwork throughout. Warm and welcoming, all levels provide comfort at every turn through textural layers and considered material details. This energetic and open workplace invites all within to thrive.

Our CoreLogic project sought to unify the Brisbane office by integrating two floors into one. A continuation of the themes and principles in CoreLogic’s Sydney space, it boasts a fusion of collaborative and contemplative spaces that underpin its hybrid workplace.

THE D&C

Taking cues from the language of Brisbane and its glorious river, the finished space directly converses with the landscape on its doorstep. Featuring a subdued earthy palette enriched with tonal hues, it reflects the organic and natural movement of the river with layered textures and materials for warmth and comfort.

Positioned in a landmark site at the heart of the central business district, the project saw the creation of a distinctive speculative suite informed by the dynamic demands of progressive workplaces today.

THE D&C

Celebrating its commanding city and Darling Harbour views the finished suite fuses hard and soft aspects of workplace life perfectly. Strategically placed functional yet flexible zones for focus work, collaboration, and hybrid working surround a striking entertainment space complete with billiard table.  The harmonious deep biophilic tones and natural timber elements evoke a sense of overarching serenity high above the city.

Positioned in the lower section of a landmark A-grade building, this project involved the reinvention of a speculative suite seeded in the desire to draw on natural light and the buildings leafy disposition.

THE D&C

Our realised vision features a strategic footprint that  intertwines built assets around core of the floor plate to emphasise light and space. Exposed ceilings and low-profile selections further enhance a sense of openness, connectivity and continuity. Natural stone, luxurious leathers and sumptuous fabrics accompany bronze accents drawn in from the palette of the broader building.

Positioned in the elegant theatre precinct of Melbourne’s CBD, this project was forged as a collaborative venture with Invesco to source and recalibrate a space in which the client, Vision Super, could grow.

THE D&C

The completed project perfectly intersects its sophisticated surrounds, operational requirements, and brand identity. Elegant, contemporary, and comfortable, tones of natural green and olive, walnut timber, and neutral textures reflect and extend the window vistas inwards. Moreover, integrated blue and emerald brand accents create synergy, unifying the space.
