A fresh and modern 512 sqm office space that delivered on the Clients functional and aesthetic vision. The result is a multi-purpose office space with various areas, from open plan sit-to-stand workstations to private meeting and conference rooms.
THE D&C
The inOne Interior Designers presented concepts that maximised the natural light and adhered to new 2020 workplace constraints; considering how many people move around a space and the number of occupied workstations per/sqm. To suit the modern day worker, that space into consideration health and well-being, with all work spaces having a line of sight to the outdoors, indoor plants, high-spec integrated technology, and a break-out space which doubles as a town hall meeting area.
Green space inside and outside the building brings the space to life and draws natural energy in for the occupants. The carefully designed space provides an all-inclusive experience which combines the perks of the traditional workplace with the flexibility of modern coworking.
