The brief was to create a contemporary space that appeals to both tenants and employees alike. Warm and inviting tones are embedded throughout the unique space in furniture and carpentry. The natural light coming from two sides imbues this warmth as well, contrasting pleasantly with the feature lighting installments, pops of indoor greenery, and contemporary industrial style, achieved through the use of rich walnut textures. Tailored to the tenant, the space looks to provide function while making a bold statement.
