The brief was to create a flexible work environment that suits the needs of a modern company. Using subtle tones captured the feeling of serenity while also providing an opportunistic space for a tenant to inject their own personality into. From the quiet rooms to the collaborative areas, the flooring, ceiling, and paint techniques zone off areas seamlessly without closing off any of the space. LED lighting and timber features aid in creating a point of difference in the leasing market.
